Hi! This week I'm going to share my opinion on one of my favorite musical artists: Demi Lovato. This is all based on my own opinion, so you don't have to agree. Currently, she has six studio albums. This list will only include her personal albums (except for "Moves Me" [2004] & "Demo" [?]). This will not include soundtracks or compilation albums from her other projects.

("Tell Me You Love Me" Album Cover)
In fifth place is her latest album, "Tell Me You Love Me [Clean] (Deluxe) + (Target Exclusive)" which was released in 2017.
I personally don't like this album. It's a good album, but I'm not the target demographic for this album, so maybe that's why I don't like it.
Many of the songs have a more adult theme, so parental consent is recommended.
The album is different from Lovato's previous albums. The album features more of a moody and mellow tone. I believe that this album is her attempt at rediscovering her sound. I like the sound of her new music, but I just don't see myself sitting down and listening to the album as a whole again. I listen to many of the songs from this album, but I never put on the whole album.
I only re-listen to eight out of the seventeen songs on this album. My favorites from this album are: "Tell Me You Love Me", "You Don't Do It For Me Anymore", "Only Forever", "Cry Baby", "Hitchhiker", "No Promises (Acoustic) [feat. Demi Lovato])", "Smoke & Mirrors", & "Ready For Ya".
This album is still growing on me and I don't hate it, I just don't really like how I can't sit down and listen to the whole album.

("Confident" Song Cover) ("Unbroken" Album Cover)
In fourth place is Demi Lovato's "Confident [Clean] (Deluxe)" album from 2015 and her "Unbroken" album from 2011.
I like many songs from both of the albums, but the problem with them is that it seems like the intention of almost all of the songs were to chart. Both albums sort of seem like compilations of songs.
"Unbroken" can probably pass without parental consent, but for "Confident" I would recommend it.
"Unbroken" was an album to reintroduce Lovato to the music industry after the cancellation of the "Camp Rock 2 Tour" when Lovato decided to attend rehab in 2010 for personal issues.
"Confident" was an album to prove that Demi Lovato was no longer just a 'Disney kid' and was now a woman.
I re-listen to nine of the fifteen songs on "Unbroken". Some of my favorite songs from "Unbroken" are: "Together", "Lightweight", "Unbroken", "Fix a Heart", "Mistake", "Give Your Heart a Break", "Skyscraper", "My Love Is Like a Star", & "For the Love of a Daughter".
I re-listen to eight of the fifteen songs on "Confident". Some of my favorite songs from "Confident" are: "Confident", "Old Ways", "For You", "Stone Cold", "Lionheart", "Yes", "Father", & "Mr. Hughes".

("Don't Forget [Deluxe Edition]" Album Cover)
In third place is Demi Lovato's "Don't Forget (Deluxe Edition)" (not the international version) which was released in 2008.
The album is very kid-friendly. Most of the songs on this album were written by Demi Lovato and the Jonas Brothers while they were still on the Disney Channel.
I love this album and I think this was a great way for Demi Lovato to enter the music industry. For a debut album, it was put together very well.
I re-listen to all thirteen songs on the album. If I had to choose, my favorite song from the album would be "Believe In Me".
2.

("Here We Go Again [Bonus Tracks Version]" Album Cover)
In second place is Demi Lovato's "Here We Go Again (Bonus Tracks Version)" which was released in 2009.
Like "Don't Forget" this album is completely kid-friendly.
In this album, Lovato was experimenting with different types of songs, conceptually similar to what she did with "Tell Me You Love Me", but this album is much more fun and enjoyable to listen to. While expanding her musical versatility, she balanced out her songs perfectly.
All fourteen tracks on this album are re-listenable. If I had to choose, my favorite song from the album would be "World of Chances".
1.

("DEMI [Deluxe]" Album Cover)
In first place is Demi Lovato's self-titled album "DEMI (Target Bonus Tracks)" which was released in 2013.
This album might require parental consent.
I love how this album took the right balance from "Here We Go Again" and developed into a more mature album. "DEMI (Target Bonus Tracks)" dives into some of Lovato's more personal issues while still keeping the album fun and sort of relatable.
I love all fourteen songs on the album. If I had to choose, my favorite song from the album would be "Shouldn't Come Back".
